How to enter


Every time you donate at TOPS Friendly Markets, using your TOPS BonusCard, when you make a donation at www.81tackleshunger.com, call 716-852-1305 or via mail, you are automatically entered to win 1 of 2 prizes:


1.
Autographed Terrell Owens Bills jersey (for all entries, via TOPS locations with BonusCard)
2.
Autographed Terrell Owens Bills jersey (for all entries via online, mail or phone)

 

 

 

 



Winners will be chosen on October 1, 2009 and will be notified by telephone or email. The winners will have until October 31, 2009 to claim their prize. For any unclaimed prizes, another winner’s name will be chosen and notified.

 

 

Eligibility

 

The individual entering the random drawing must be 18 years or older. No donation required for entry. For alternate entry, please send a 3x5 card by mail with name, full address, date of birth, email address, and daytime telephone number to: Food Bank of WNY, ATTN: 81 Tackles Hunger Jersey Giveaway-Personal, 91 Holt Street, Buffalo, NY 14206. Multiple entries per envelope not accepted. Employees or family members of employees of the Food Bank of WNY, its agents, sponsors, vendors or promoters are not eligible.
